Microsoft has announced a slate of new services, announcements and partners that will take the next 12 months to fully launch.
As of Monday, Microsoft said that it will start providing customers with voice and text messaging and voice and video conferencing, as well as the ability to access Cortana, its personal assistant that has been used by millions of people around the world.
Nokia is also planning to offer voice and voice messaging and video calls.
Google is announcing it will make it easier to find and manage photos and videos.
Amazon has announced plans to offer cloud-based video confederations and to begin selling video recordings of events.
Apple announced plans on Monday to launch an online photo gallery and a “worldwide store” to sell items for the first time.
Apple has also said it will allow users to search for movies and TV shows on its app store and to download music for streaming on Apple TV and Apple TV devices.
“We’re excited to bring a new way of watching TV, and we’re proud to introduce the first ever streaming video service,” said John Chen, CEO of Microsoft’s Xbox division.
“With this new service, we’re making the experience even more personal.
We’ll be making it easier for you to connect with friends, family, and co-workers, and give you access to all the great content from across the world, all without the hassle of renting a TV or cable box.”
Google said it is launching a new app store to bring content to the service.
Microsoft announced that its voice search service will be available in 2017.
It is also introducing a new, secure, and easy-to-use voice service, Google Voice.
“Our new Google Voice service will give you a more personal voice experience, where your questions and answers are secure and your content is available across Google,” said Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella.
“You can ask us questions about movies, music, apps, and other topics, and our voice team will help you with your searches and deliver answers.”
Amazon is also announcing it is expanding its streaming video services to include access to more content from the streaming video sites it acquired.
The company said it would add access to Netflix, Hulu, YouTube and other popular video sites to the Google Home and other devices that run on its network.
Google’s announcement of its new video service also includes a new voice assistant called Google Now.
The new voice service will offer new ways to search, make phone calls, and more.
Amazon announced plans this week to launch Amazon Video, a new video subscription service that will provide access to content from Amazon Video’s original content.
Microsoft is also launching a cloud-connected music service that is being rolled out in partnership with Spotify.
Apple will also expand its video services, including YouTube Music, and it is also expanding the Apple TV platform to include support for Google Chromecast.
Apple is also working on a video subscription app for the Apple App Store.
Microsoft said it plans to expand the ability for Apple customers to stream videos on its cloud-hosted Xbox platform to other devices.
Microsoft and Google are also working to bring video chat to the Xbox One, and Apple is expanding the ability of Apple devices to play videos on Xbox.
Microsoft also said that its new Office app will be able to read documents and create documents, and Microsoft will add the ability in the coming months to sync files across multiple devices.
Apple said on Monday that it is adding support for Apple’s new iWork suite, and the company is working to enable iCloud support on all Macs and iOS devices.
Amazon said it has added support for the iWork for Mac application on Macs running OS X Mountain Lion.
